Keto Parmesan Green Beans

Per serving: 135 calories, 5 g protein, 6 g carbohydrates, 10 g fat

TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes SERVES: 6

INGREDIENTS:

· 1/2 cup / 45 g Parmesan cheese

· 1 tsp garlic, minced

· salt and pepper to taste

· 1 lb / 455 g green beans

· 2 Tbsp olive oil

· olive oil cooking spray

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F / 220 degrees C.

2. In a bowl, put Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Combine.

3. In a separate bowl, place green beans and olive oil. Toss to combine.

4. Combine dry mix with green beans. Toss to coat.

5. Spray a baking pan with olive oil. Lay green beans on pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
